Scripture Reading — Acts 17:1-15

“And when they found them not, they drew Jason and certain brethren unto the rulers of the city, crying, These that have turned the world upside down are come hither also; Whom Jason hath received:” (Acts 17: 6,7a)

Any man or woman whom My Spirit is using is going to turn the world “upside down.”

If you do not want to cause a ripple and want to live a quiet, peaceable life without any friction from others, then don’t ask the Holy Spirit to use you.

But if you truly want your life to be lived under the power and impact of the Holy Ghost, then get ready for trouble. You will be attacked from inside, and from outside. You will be an adversary of Satan and your name will be known in hell.

As long as there is no fire of the Holy Spirit burning in you, making you powerful against all demonic activity, you will not be troubled much by Satan. Remember on the battle field, the soldier who is not firing his gun is not noticed by the enemy. But when he does fire, he draws attention to himself, and he immediately is under attack from the enemy, for firing draws out firing.

I want to use you to “turn this generation upside down” making it a new and glorious generation, but you must prepare for the cities where you go to be put in an uproar, and your very dwelling place to be assaulted. But fear not, I will protect you and deliver you and you shall finish your vital work for Me in spite of all the devils of hell.
