Scripture Reading: Proverbs 3:19-20“The LORD by wisdom hath founded the earth; by understanding hath he established the heavens. By his knowledge the depths are broken up, and the clouds drop down the dew.” (Proverbs 3:19-20)
The kind of wisdom that I impart to those who long for it and live righteously is chokmah (2451) in Hebrew. It is the wisdom in which I operated when I created the earth and established the heavens.
I created the earth and laid for it a foundation that is secure. It will last as long as I decree it to last.
And when I established the heavens (notice the plural), I secured the planets, sun, moon and stars, in a certain fixed pattern so that they have become the beautiful timepiece of the ages.
It is not man’s clocks that determine the time which governs your day, but the movements of My heavenly bodies, which have been predetermined from the foundation of the earth.
I designed and planned them before I created them. In this same way, I have, even now, laid the preparation for certain future events, and they can no more be changed than if man could reach up and move the planets out of their orbit in their journeys through the heavens.
Just as I created the world, and have it under My control, so I have all mankind under My control — including your life. There is not one person who can do a single thing which I do not permit.
My beloved child, know this, when you give yourself wholly unto Me as a living sacrifice, I will plan and work out everything that concerns you in such a way that you will be blessed.
As I planned and created the heavens which you see, I have also created the new heaven and earth which awaits you — the one that is being prepared even now.
By My insight and understanding concerning the effects and results of certain events (such as the wickedness of Noah’s generation) I determine how and when the depths are broken up and the clouds drop their showers or torrents of rain.
The wickedness of man always releases the waters of the great deep. The subterranean waters, the great reservoirs of water which are reserved for the protection and the eternal supply of man’s great need of water, can become a curse instead of a blessing. When I break them open and allow them to be caught up into the clouds, they pour down deluges of floods and blizzards of snows to punish those sinners who have “gone out of orbit” in that they have forsaken Me and gone their own way.
When the nations turn back to Me, I will hold all creation in divine order, and there shall be peace.
